To our dearest Jak on your 18th Birthday . You were and still are an inspiration to us all . We read your story whilst pregnant with our Cdh daughter Charley . You gave us hope that she would fight just like you did . It broke our hearts to read after a hard 6 moths battle you lost your fight against CDH . We have you forever embedded in our hearts . Not just because we are now good close friends with your family who continue to be a great support to us , but because your beautiful cheeky face and smiley eyes will never leave from the first moment we saw them.
